The narrative begins with the fearless ASP Chulbul Pandey intervening during a robbery at a wedding. He takes on the criminals led by Gullu, demonstrating his exceptional combat skills and tenacity.

After his defeat, Gullu resigns himself to a simpler life as a wedding band trumpeter, moving away from a life of crime. This marks a stark contrast to his previous endeavors in the criminal underworld.

Chulbul juggles his police duties with family life alongside his wife, Rajjo, and their young son. His brother Makkhi, also a police officer, enjoys a lavish lifestyle, often neglecting the family's struggles.

A frantic girl escapes from her captors and arrives at Makkhi's police station, seeking refuge. This prompts both Makkhi and Chulbul to spring into action to rescue her and others, leading to the downfall of Chinti Walia.

During an interrogation of Chinti, Chulbul faces interruptions from a lawyer and goons trying to sabotage justice. In an intense moment, he destroys a court order, demonstrating his commitment to fighting crime.
