Sapna, an orphan who has just moved to Bombay, applies for the position of secretary in Vicky Oberoi's company. Balraj Oberoi is impressed by her passion and hires her despite her lack of experience. Her arrival sets the stage for both professional and personal tensions in the Oberoi household.
