Chal Mere Bhai tells the story of two brothers, Vikram "Vicky" Oberoi, Sanjay Dutt, who runs a sprawling family business, and Prem Oberoi, Salman Khan, an aspiring actor chasing a dream that often clashes with the family’s expectations. Into this world steps Sapna Mehra, Karisma Kapoor, an orphan who has just moved to Bombay and is staying with relatives while she searches for a place in the bustling city. Despite a lack of formal experience, Sapna's raw determination catches Balraj Oberoi's eye, and the stern patriarch decides to hire her as Vicky's secretary, hoping her energy could bring fresh life to the enterprise.
