In 1994, Karan, Zing, and Chandu celebrate their graduation from college with high hopes for the future. They embark on a trip to Bangkok, Thailand, eager for adventure and new experiences.

During their trip, the trio learns they have been hired as currency couriers by Archie Bhai, who plans to utilize their services to buy imported goods. They are excited about the opportunity, unaware of the complications that lie ahead.

In Bangkok, Karan and his friends encounter Bulbul, another courier working for Archie. This meeting sparks a business alliance and a budding romance between Karan and Bulbul, introducing new dynamics to their journey.

After successfully executing their smuggling scheme, the trio sells the confiscated shoes to Archie Bhai for a significant profit. They soon brand their venture 'Friends and Company,' igniting their entrepreneurial journey.

Karan's father discovers his son's involvement in illicit activities, leading to Karan being forced out of his home. He moves in with Bulbul, leveraging her connections to navigate the business world.

With the Indian government reducing import duties, Karan and his friends decide to take their business to America. Utilizing the help of Karan's Uncle Jazz, they embark on a new venture involving leather gloves.
