A tiger arrives by cargo ship from Africa and is taken in by a local circus run by the abusive Lohman. Before any training can begin, the tiger is found dead in its cage, its body inexplicably burst open. Unbeknownst to Lohman, a parasitic serpent living inside the tiger escapes and seeds the next chain of events.

Yanka abandons the truck and boards a bus filled with men heading to Le Havre. The parasite reveals itself, burrows through the head of the driver, and the bus becomes a deadly trap. Yanka intentionally crashes the vehicle, causing an explosion, and at dawn the parasite retreats back into the ocean.
