NRI Ramu comes back from Malaysia to his homeland after news of the Uttarakhand floods. He is overwhelmed when he discovers his parents lying in the hospital mortuary, a shock that sets a somber tone for what follows. The story shifts to the old family home where the spectral presence of Deepa, Taapsee, Vijayachander, and Raghu lingers. The ghosts seem to wait for Vijayachander's wife to return, coloring every corner of the house with an uneasy aura. The house itself becomes a character in the mystery.

A would-be tenancy brings a living family to the house, but the eerie atmosphere unsettles them. The broker spots Taapsee's ghost and immediately informs Ramu and his cop friend Vamshi about the haunting. The rumor of the supernatural begins to ripple through the neighborhood.

Ramu remains skeptical while Vamshi grows wary. They team up with Yadagiri to pressure the owner into selling the property cheaply by peddling the ghost story for quick profit, with plans to demolish the house for a lucrative hotel. The men view the haunting as a potential windfall rather than a real danger.

Sidhu overhears the conspiracy and proposes a counter-deal: he will send his three friends to stay one night in the house. If they survive the night, Ramu will pay Sidhu a 20 percent commission of the sale price. The risk introduces a precarious pact that could change the property's fate.

Sidhu’s three friends settle in and the spectral threats surface, but their bizarre habits blunt the scares. One ghost is locked in a bathroom, another is knocked unconscious, and a third is driven away in fear. The night reinforces the aura of danger while testing the tenants’ resolve.

After the first day of uneasy encounters, Ramu begins to entertain the possibility that the haunting might actually be real and profitable. Sidhu urges patience, requesting two more days to seal the deal while the others keep watch. The tension between greed and fear pushes the story toward a reckoning.

Vamshi disapproves of the intrusion and staff the scene with fake ghosts to intensify fear, but the real ghosts prove more convincing and resilient. The impostors fail to shake the tenants’ nerve, underscoring the authenticity of the haunting. The plan backfires and raises the stakes for everyone involved.

On the second night Sidhu and his friends manage to stand their ground and even turn the situation in their favor. The spirits struggle to break the tenants' rhythm, revealing that the haunting has more depth than cheap fright tricks. The encounter marks a shift in who controls the house's narrative.

The third night sees the ghosts circling back with greater menace as they seem ready to strike. Sidhu's mother unexpectedly enters the house, drawn by the search for her son, revealing herself to be Vijayachander's wife. The arrival intensifies the backstory and raises the emotional stakes.

A flashback explains the tragedy: Ramu leaves for Malaysia to seek work, the couple adopts Deepa and Taapsee, and upon return Ramu faces debt and wants to sell the house. Vijayachander refuses, and in a rage Ramu assaults and kills his entire family except his mother, who witnesses the atrocity. The revelation reframes the haunting as revenge and unresolved guilt.

Back in the present, Vamshi uncovers the truth of Ramu's crime, but Yadagiri murders Vamshi before he can act on it. The revelation confirms that the haunting is tied to fatal family tragedy and the greed surrounding the property. The living players become pawns in a deadly confrontation.

The spectral inhabitants unleash their vengeance, killing Ramu, Yadagiri, and Yadagiri's goons. With their tormentors defeated, the house quiets and the living are allowed to breathe again. The violence finally resolves the longstanding grievances that haunted the place.

Sidhu and his friends leave with a new sense of purpose after finding a bag of cash in Ramu's car. They repurpose the house as a retirement home for Taapsee's recovering mother and other elderly pensioners abandoned by their families. The closing image is one of forgiveness, family, and quiet continuity.
