In Chennai, three men from different walks of life discover that their lives are being pulled into a shared, eerie pattern of events that feels almost fated. Dr. Indran [Kumar Natarajan] is celebrated as one of the country’s leading clinical psychiatrists, but a violent encounter with one of his patients leaves him gravely wounded. He survives, yet the assault shatters his world: his family is massacred, his voice is silenced, and his medical license is revoked. After this traumatic episode, Dr. Indran embraces a controversial new approach to his practice, continuing his work while living under scrutiny from authorities who are reviewing his methods.

Selvam [Vinoth Kishan] is a straightforward, honest man who happens to be blind, working as a humble clerk at a public library. After the deaths of his parents, his uncle steps in to care for him, and Selvam inherits his father’s grand mansion. His father was an occultist, and Selvam has picked up some of those tricks along the way. To fund a crucial kidney operation, he agrees to stage a cleansing ritual at a haunted building. He succeeds in capturing one of the spirits, yet a stronger presence remains trapped within the building, waiting to stir more trouble.

Vinod [Arjun Das] serves as a cricket coach wrestling with guilt over his best friend Pradeep, who is deteriorating after Vinod gifted him a book on the occult. Vinod begins receiving cryptic and threatening calls on his newly installed landline, a line that seems to blur the lines between reality and the supernatural. His girlfriend Manasi [Misha Ghoshal] urges him to seek professional help, steering him toward a psychiatrist as the calls grow increasingly ominous and personal.

What ties these stories together is an astonishing chronological twist: the events unfold at different points in time, weaving a complex temporal tapestry. Selvam’s closest confidante is Pooja [Pooja Ramachandran], his tutor and the sister of Pradeep, who was once a patient of Dr. Indran. The lives of many of Indran’s patients reveal a grim pattern of suicides prompted by hypnosis, a horror he has long justified as a necessary cure. Pooja steps in to help Vinod connect the dots, and it gradually becomes evident that Selvam has been trying to assist him all along. With Pooja’s information, Selvam exacts revenge on the ruthless real estate businessman who exploited his family’s legacy, offering a morally charged closure to his long quest.
