Roger Dearly, a skilled video game designer, resides in London with his beloved dalmatian, Pongo. Their life together is filled with playful moments until a fateful walk leads them to a pivotal encounter with another dalmatian.

During a stroll, Pongo spots a beautiful female dalmatian named Perdy and initiates a lively chase through the busy streets. This event not only showcases Pongo's enthusiasm but also sets the stage for a significant romantic connection between the two dogs.

In St. James Park, Roger meets Anita Campbell-Green, Perdy's owner. An instant connection sparks between the two humans, mirroring the bond their dogs have formed, ultimately leading to a sweet romantic storyline.

Anita works at the prestigious House of de Vil under the tyrannical Cruella de Vil. Cruella becomes intrigued by Anita's spotted fur design, which closely resembles that of her own dalmatian, igniting her obsession with fur and fashion.

As Cruella's obsession deepens, her interest turns sinister when she begins plotting to use actual Dalmatians for her garments. This dark shift reveals her true character and foreshadows trouble for Anita and the puppies.
