Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree

In the Hundred Acre Wood, Pooh starts his day with a stoutness exercise to boost his appetite. He checks his cupboard and discovers that his last pot of honey has vanished, setting him on a new quest.

Pooh eyes a nearby honey tree but his first attempt to reach the honey fails. He looks for a way to reach it and decides to seek help from his friends.

To reach the hive, Pooh borrows a balloon from Christopher Robin. He disguises himself as a little black rain cloud and floats toward the honey tree.

The balloon lifts Pooh toward the hive, but the bees see through the ruse and chase them away. Pooh and Christopher Robin retreat, still hungry for honey.

Seeking more honey, Pooh goes to Rabbit's house. He greedily eats all of Rabbit's honey, filling himself beyond capacity.

Having eaten too much, Pooh can no longer fit through Rabbit's doorway. Rabbit and his friends try to help, but they cannot push him through and call for more help.

Owl attempts to convince a gopher to dig Pooh out of the hole, but the plan fails. The effort to rescue Pooh through digging goes nowhere.

Rabbit fetches Christopher Robin and the rest of the gang to help pull Pooh out, but their combined effort still fails. They decide Pooh must wait until he can pass through the doorway again.

To cope with the situation, Pooh must wait without eating while his friends find a solution. The delay stretches over several days, testing everyone's patience.

After several days, Rabbit leans against Pooh's bottom and feels him move slightly. He joyously summons Christopher Robin and the others to attempt another freeing attempt.

Pooh's friends pull from outside while Rabbit pushes from inside, but they still fail to free him. The team remains determined despite the repeated setback.

Rabbit steps back and gives Pooh a running shove, launching him into the air. Pooh lands headfirst into the hole of another honey tree, scaring away the bees and securing more honey for himself.
