Vishnu

Vishnu arrives back in Chennai from London, much to his father Thangadurai's surprise. Thangadurai, a wealthy businessman, tries to keep him sheltered and timid, even misrepresenting Vishnu's existence to his staff. The dramatic homecoming sets Vishnu on a path toward rebellion and freedom.

Thangadurai confines Vishnu to a lavish room and pretends the young man is an imposter to outsiders. Vishnu secretly schemes to escape and uses Muthu's attention against him. When Thangadurai is away, Vishnu manipulates Muthu and slips out, boarding a lorry to freedom.

During his escape, Vishnu boards a lorry and meets Radha, a lively Kotagiri girl returning home. He senses mischief but is drawn to her warmth and spontaneity. They share a spark that foreshadows deepening feelings.

A harassing police officer targets Radha, and Vishnu steps in to rescue her, earning her immediate trust. The danger bonds them in a shared resolve to travel together. They secretly head toward Kotagiri without the driver's knowledge.

They arrive in Kotagiri where Vishnu introduces himself to Singaravelu Naidu as Krishna, the god's incarnation. Naidu, devout and generous, welcomes the visitor into his home. He then arranges a job for Vishnu at a nearby estate.

Naidu secures Vishnu a position as tractor driver at Rajamanickam's estate, concealing his true identity from Thangadurai. Vishnu begins to adapt to life away from his father's influence. The stage is set for his rapid ascent and the estate's tensions.

On the estate, Vishnu defends workers from a goon attack and pushes for fair wages, earning respect from Rajamanickam. Impressed by his abilities, Rajamanickam promotes him to estate manager, further placing Vishnu at the center of the family drama.

Vishnu saves Nirmala from a fire accident, gaining the family's gratitude. Pleased by his actions and character, Rajamanickam and Nirmala decide to adopt him as their son. The bond deepens Vishnu's ties to the estate and its people.

Vishnu confesses his love for Radha, and Rajamanickam agrees to their marriage, sealing Vishnu's place within the family. The couple's bond deepens as they prepare for a life together.

In a troubling twist, Rajamanickam asks Vishnu to kill Thangadurai's son in exchange for helping him overcome his addiction. Vishnu is shocked by the request, recognizing it as a test of loyalty and morality.

Muthu, inebriated, informs Thangadurai that Vishnu is living at Rajamanickam's estate, prompting Thangadurai to rush to Kotagiri to protect his son. This revelation pushes Vishnu to confront the truth behind the family's feud.

Thangadurai reveals the past to Vishnu, and the truth about Rajamanickam's son's death begins to surface. Harichandra attempts to kill Vishnu, but Vishnu outmaneuvers him, revealing the killers' motive. In the final clash, Harichandra and his son die on broken glass, and Thangadurai and Rajamanickam reconcile. Vishnu and Radha marry and depart on their honeymoon, closing the chapter on their new life.
