Vikram and Bhairavi hire Raja to break into Sudarshan's treasury, initiating a daring heist. Raja is caught by Inspector Rajasingam and sentenced to two years in prison. Radha is devastated by the arrest, fearing the loss of Raja and the life they hoped to build.

Amar is a top member of Sudarshan's gang who begins to question his loyalty to the boss. He is a widower with a daughter who studies in a boarding school, giving him a protective, family-driven motive. Before quitting, he commits a masked crime that draws Inspector Rajasingam's ongoing investigation.

Amar saves Radha from a gang of rowdy bikers, sparking a regular meeting between them. Radha grows fond of Amar's daughter, and Amar finds himself falling for Radha, though she still loves Raja. The evolving relationships set up a tense love triangle amid dangerous lives.

Raja completes his two-year sentence and returns to the streets. On the way back, he encounters Vikram who reminds him of the old robbery deal with Sudarshan. A chance arrival by Amar leads to a fist fight between Amar and Vikram, and Vikram swears revenge against Amar.

Raja takes Amar to meet Radha, but both Radha and Amar pretend not to know each other to keep Raja from suspecting their true ties. They mask their overlapping relationships to avoid causing trouble for Raja.

Vikram's goons kidnap Amar's daughter and beat Amar, leaving him hospitalised. In exchange for their safety, Raja agrees to take on Vikram's job. Raja subsequently nurses Amar back to health and the two become staunch allies.

Amar and Raja outline a plan: Amar will steal gold bars and jewellery from a safe, then trigger a police response so Raja can take over and be arrested for about 12 to 18 months. The plan envisions moving to London after the heist and starting anew in distant shores.

The plan derails when Raja is arrested for killing Sudharshan. Meanwhile, Amar and Radha reach the USA with the money they obtained. Raja suspects that Amar deliberately framed him to remove him from Radha's life and to keep the loot for themselves.

Raja escapes from jail and travels to London to confront Amar and uncover the truth. He believes Amar orchestrated events to get him out of the way and to take Radha and the money.

A confrontation in London reveals that Amar did not frame Raja, clearing their relationship. The two men reconcile enough to join forces again, while Vikram's vendetta grows in the background.

Vikram and his goons reach the USA, intensifying the pursuit of Raja and Amar. A brutal showdown unfolds as the criminals clash across borders.

In the climactic moment, Amar sacrifices his life to save Raja from Vikram, ensuring Raja's survival and sealing Amar's loyalty. The act marks a tragic but heroic end to Amar's arc and reshapes Raja's future choices.
