Rudhran and Nila check into the Vasantha Mullai Motel and settle into a room. The setting appears peaceful and perfect for their retreat, but a sense of unease begins to emerge as the night unfolds. The motel becomes the stage for the strange, looping events.

During their intimate moment, Nila suffers an asthma attack. Rudhran frantically searches for the inhaler, highlighting the vulnerability of the situation. He rushes to a nearby pharmacy to get it, setting off a sequence of unsettling coincidences when he returns.

Upon returning with the inhaler, Rudhran finds that the receptionist does not recognize him and there is no record of their check-in. Nila is missing, and the hotel seems to erase their presence, plunging him into confusion and danger. The motel suddenly feels unstable and unreal.

An enigmatic assassin wearing a bizarre outfit ambushes Rudhran, and he narrowly defeats the attacker. In the confusion, Nila disappears, leaving Rudhran to confront a mystery that goes beyond ordinary danger. The encounter hints at a larger, impossible scenario at play.

Rudhran realizes the motel scenes are repeating in a time loop, with a fresh version of himself and Nila re-enacting the moments. The loop deepens the mystery and blurs the line between reality and repetition, heightening the psychological strain on Rudhran.

In the next cycle, the assassin reveals his face as Bharath and accuses Rudhran of killing Bharath’s daughter, a crime Rudhran doesn’t recall committing. The personal vendetta intensifies the loop, adding a disturbing existential threat to Rudhran’s reality.

Rudhran's mind reconstructs Bharath’s grievance from a car accident he had while driving to the pharmacy.
