Marcus, portrayed by Philip Winchester, finds himself awakening in a gloomy cemetery filled with an overwhelming sense of confusion. Struggling with parasomnia, a disorder that obliterates his memories of nocturnal activities, he is haunted by an unending series of questions—What transpired last night? Who was I with? In an effort to cope with the chaos that defines his waking hours, Marcus immerses himself in fleeting one-night stands and eventually joins a Sexaholics Anonymous support group. Here, he receives valuable advice from his sponsor, Derek (played by Michael Badalucco), who aids him in confronting the unsettling ghosts that linger in his mind.

Unfortunately, things take a dark and unsettling twist when Marcus jolts awake, only to discover himself drenched in blood and clutching a knife. The shrill wail of police sirens fills the air, and panic envelops him as he frantically attempts to conceal any evidence that could incriminate him. His heart races as he learns of the horrifying murder of Ann, the wife of his close friend Justin (Tim Draxl). The mere thought that he could be implicated in her death sends Marcus spiraling deeper into anxiety.

As ominous phone calls flood in, Marcus grows increasingly paranoid, convinced that an unseen force is tracking his every move with chilling precision.
