Wallace Bryton and his friend Teddy Craft launch their podcast 'The Not-See Party', where they mock viral videos featuring embarrassing moments. Their approach becomes increasingly brutal, earning them notoriety but causing tensions in Wallace's personal life.

In preparation for their next episode, Wallace plans to interview a young man known as the Kill Bill Kid, who famously amputated his own leg. However, upon reaching Manitoba, he discovers that the Kid has tragically died, leaving Wallace frustrated and his plans in ruins.

Determined to salvage his trip, Wallace decides to stay an extra day in Canada to find an eccentric new interview subject. His curiosity leads him to a bar's restroom, where he finds a handbill offering intriguing tales and a free room from a local resident.

Wallace visits the grand estate of Howard Howe, an elderly man who captivates him with fascinating nautical tales. Howe shares an incredible story about a shipwreck and an extraordinary walrus named Mr. Tusk that rescued him, which captivates Wallace.

During the visit, Wallace accepts tea from Howe, unaware that it is drugged. He soon loses consciousness, awakening to find himself bound to a wheelchair and missing a leg, forcing him to confront the horrifying reality of his situation.

Howe fabricates a bizarre story about a spider bite that led to Wallace's leg amputation. As Wallace struggles to accept his fate, he begins to realize Howe's true madness and sinister intentions unfold during a chilling dinner conversation.

Meanwhile, Wallace's girlfriend Ally and his friend Teddy grow concerned upon realizing he is missing. They fly to Canada and begin searching for him, but they encounter several misleading clues and false leads in their investigation.

As Wallace remains imprisoned, Howe shares disturbing details of his past marked by childhood abuse and twisted hatred for humanity. This delusional mindset fuels his obsession with transforming Wallace into a walrus-like creature.

Local detective Frank Garmin enters the scene, helping Ally and Teddy track down Guy Lapointe, a former cop with knowledge of Howe’s dark history. They gather crucial information that leads them closer to uncovering Wallace’s whereabouts.

After piecing together various clues, Ally, Teddy, and Garmin finally locate Howard Howe's hideout. Their discovery comes after a series of frustrating encounters, as they realize Wallace may still be alive but fundamentally changed.

As the confrontation begins, Wallace's mental state has deteriorated to the point where he has taken on walrus-like characteristics. He engages in a fierce battle with Howe, who underestimates the physical transformation that Wallace has undergone.

In a chaotic clash between Wallace and Howe, the former, now resembling a walrus, unleashes a desperate fury. The confrontation culminates in Howe’s death when Wallace utilizes his newly formed tusks to overcome him.

Ally and Teddy, witnessing the aftermath, are horrified by Wallace’s extreme transformation. This chilling moment leaves them grappling with the reality of his condition as he embodies a grotesque hybrid of man and walrus.

A year later, Wallace resides in a wildlife sanctuary, permanently bound in the walrus pelt. His friends visit him, bringing fish, while they reflect on the emotional scars left from the ordeal and their love for him remains palpable.

In a poignant moment, Ally recalls their last conversation about human emotions compared to animals. She expresses her enduring love for Wallace one last time before she leaves, as he emits a sorrowful bellow and tears, a haunting reminder of his lost humanity.
