Rajiv's fever grows as he follows the crowd into Mumbai's streets. The mundane voyage turns terrifying when the rumor of a bite becomes a real threat, and the dead start to rise. The city teems with fear as the outbreak takes hold near the unloading docks.

In Rajasthan, a grieving wife covers her husband's face before the village mourns. A sudden gust of wind reveals a shadowy figure, and an old man bites the husband, turning fear into horror. The quiet desert is suddenly alive with the first footsteps of the undead.

In a city hospital, Ishani Sharma sees patients with bite wounds, confirming the outbreak has reached urban centers.
