Ezra, Eoin O’Brien, is a tall Japanese man who wakes up with no recollection of his past, finding himself in a dim apartment on the edge of Tekken City. Before he can begin to understand his situation, armed men close in and a ruthless femme fatale named Rhona Anders [Kelly Wenham] catches him, dragging him into a world he did not know he belonged to. The confrontation sets the tone for a dangerous path he is thrust onto, where every move could be watched and every ally could be a liability.

He is brought before a guerrilla leader simply known as The Minister [Rade Šerbedžija], who marks Ezra with the codename “K” and implants an explosive in his chest as a grim reminder of the price of failure. The shocking restraint of power at play makes it clear that this is not a man who can walk away easily. Yet, despite the amnesia that shrouds him, Ezra reveals an astonishing command of combat and marksmanship that hints at a vast, concealed past. In the district he calls home, he forms a tentative alliance with the local janitor [Sahajak Boonthanakit], whose own history is steeped in sorrow—the janitor’s wife was killed by his son, a tragedy that left him crippled and vanished three years ago.

During a sparring match, Ezra’s loyalty is tested when The Minister orders him to kill either the defeated opponent or the janitor. Ezra refuses to kill the janitor, insisting that mercy should be allowed, even as the minister’s henchman coldly snaps the opponent’s neck. This moment marks Ezra as someone who may choose ethics over obedience, even in a world built on fear and control. In the days that follow, Ezra is provided an apartment within the building, a space where he quietly plots his next moves and contemplates a way out of the mounting danger.

It is in this precarious routine that Ezra forms a bond with Laura [Paige Lindquist], a young tenant whom he saves from a mugging. Their growing friendship offers a fragile spark of humanity amid the machine-like operations of the Minister’s world. Yet the tension never quite leaves him, and after completing one assignment, Ezra tells Rhona that he wants out of this life.

Haunted by the events of his awakening, Ezra returns to the building, asking the manager for records of his stay. The manager can only point to a sparse file under the initials “K. M.” The Apartment Manager [Abishek J. Bajaj] hints at a deeper history but provides little clarity, leaving Ezra with more questions than answers as he continues to navigate the dangerous landscape.

On a subsequent mission, Ezra confronts Bryan Fury [Gary Daniels], a hard-edged foe who defeats him and warns him to walk away. Fury’s warning lingers, and the next morning Ezra faces Rhona to discuss Fury’s message. Fury surfaces again, revealing that he and the Minister have stacked Ezra’s fate against his will. As tensions escalate, Laura’s world becomes increasingly precarious: the nurse is pulled deeper into the Minister’s schemes, and Ezra witnesses the disturbing moment when Laura’s mind begins to bend under the manipulations that alter her personality. Rhona, ever the operative, makes a shocking move by stabbing the Minister in the back, but the narrative deepens as Ezra learns that Laura has been abducted by Gentek Factory. The duo infiltrates Gentek, where Rhona’s path collides with a second pair of femme fatale assassins who echo the silhouettes of danger in a world of mirrors and duplicity.

Inside Gentek, Ezra encounters Heihachi Mishima [Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa], the enigmatic patriarch who reveals a devastating truth: Ezra is actually his biological son, Kazuya Mishima [Kane Kosugi]. Heihachi’s revelation unravels a brutal history of brainwashing and survival, as he demonstrates how Laura has been reshaped by the same mind-altering processes, turning the once-kind nurse into a seductive, controlled instrument of power. The moment unfolds with an emotional shock as Heihachi’s actions culminate in Laura’s elimination, a bitter reminder of the cost of the bloodline’s legacy.

The confrontation continues as Kazuya faces two formidable fighters, Rip [Brahim Achabbakhe] and Thorn [Ron Smoorenburg], testing the limits of his body and his resolve. Emerging victorious from these trials, Kazuya accepts the weight of his bloodline and his lineage, with Rhona by his side as they set out to find Heihachi. The skyline of Tekken City looms in the distance, a stark symbol of the long road still ahead, where father and son must reckon with a past that refuses to stay buried.
