DD learns that lead archaeologist Kishore has vanished during the Sangramgadh dig. He tasks project officer Mahesh to investigate and arranges to bring a local baba to the city for explanations. The search begins to uncover Kishore's notes and the village's strange history.

The baba recounts Sangramgadh's fall from prosperity to terror. The village's grain self-ignites at night, outsiders falter, and the locals endure a bleak fate. He explains that freeing Sangramgadh requires finding a Suryavanshi prince.

While explaining the legend, the baba glimpses a photo of Vicky that resembles the legendary Suryavanshi Vikram Singh and is shocked by the resemblance. The discovery links the real-world couple to the legend and deepens the mystery. The team proceeds to Sangramgadh to pursue the connection.

DD, JB, Sonia, Vicky, Mahesh and the field team arrive at Sangramgadh and find the palace ruins sitting atop solid rock, seemingly impervious to digging. A minor earthquake the next morning cracks the rock and reveals a hidden entry to the palace. The discovery shifts the search from the surface to the lost royal stronghold.

Inside the palace, Kishore's body is found hanging grotesquely, and an ancient Sanskrit manuscript is recovered. The manuscript begins to reveal the tragic history of Suryalekha and the ruin of Sangramgadh, hinting at a curse tied to the palace and its soul.

The manuscript recounts Suryalekha's tests of bravery, the romance with Vikram Singh, and the brutal end of Vikram at the hands of the Rajguru. After Suryalekha leaps to her death, the Rajguru is imprisoned and the Rajmata curses the atma to remain bound to the palace for eternity.

A crucial revelation ties Vicky to Vikram Singh as the reborn Suryavanshi prince destined to confront the curse. This explains the uncanny likeness and the living danger he faces. The group steels themselves for the supernatural confrontation.

That night, Suryalekha steps forth from the mirror and greets her supposed prince with hostility, striking at Vicky with fiery missiles and attempting to seize his mind to kill Sonia. The living couple is pulled deeper into the palace's curse as Suryalekha asserts control.

In the outer garden, Sonia discovers a large painting of the Rajmata and the final page of the Rajguru's manuscript containing the incantation to defeat Suryalekha. The discovery provides the means to break the curse and free the atma from the palace.

Using the painting to break the mirror, Suryalekha's power wanes and she begins to die. She seeks forgiveness and passes to the other side as dawn approaches. The palace begins to lose its malevolent hold on the village and its people.

With the first light, Vicky proclaims his love and loyalty to Sonia, and the couple climbs out of the palace into the waiting arms of their now-reunited parents. The curse is broken and a hopeful future begins for Sonia and Vicky.
