In a test, the chip imprisons a volunteer and activates a hamster-wheel mechanism to compel her to exercise. The demonstration highlights the chip's dangerous potential and foreshadows its use for mind control.

Crooks Morris and Jane kidnap Ho, triggering a high-speed pursuit by the police and Silver Hawk. During the chase, Lulu is forced into a tough choice and saves a woman's life instead of chasing the criminals. The abduction marks the start of the larger conspiracy.

Ho is brought before Alexander Wolfe, who intends to weaponize the chip to take over minds. Wolfe's ambition to control people becomes the new driving force behind the plot. The scene sets Wolfe as the mastermind behind the looming threat.

Man's investigation leads him to Zenda City, where Lulu's uncle Shiraishi—a powerful CEO with interest in the chip—heads a major operation. Morris and Jane attempt to kidnap Shiraishi's daughter Tina, but Lulu, in civilian clothes, intervenes and foils their plan.
