Roger Kimsky heads the Black Ninja Empire, a ruthless arms‑dealing network bent on world domination, killing anyone who stands in his way. Undercover policewoman Jane pretends to be a boutique sales clerk to win the trust of Mark, a key figure in the empire, and infiltrate its headquarters. Detectives Alex and Jerry Brown pursue justice, targeting Mark.
