Subsequently, Amy visits a leather store and engages the employee in a conversation about custom work, inquiring about the possibilities for "a mammal." As the employee describes the process, tears well up in Amy's eyes, and she jolts awake, finding herself lying on a bed of rocks, whispering to herself, teetering between reassurances of "it's okay" and despairing declarations of "I'm not okay," while softly humming to regain her composure.
