The night-lit streets of Hyderabad set the opening tone as Krishna steps in to pull Sirisha away from trouble, guiding her to safety at her hostel. On the ride, a shared sense of belonging binds them: they discover they both hail from the Rayalaseema region, a detail that threads later choices and loyalties through the story.

In a flashback that centers on Krishna’s world, the man who raises the stakes is Anna—the don affectionately called Annagaru—who disciplines a teacher for harassing his pregnant wife, enforcing a code that blends protection with fear. Anna stands as a colossal power in Rayalaseema, wielding influence over politics and people alike. His trusted circle includes a political ally, and together they oppose the Nandavaram project, a plan that would erase thirty-four villages. A shadowy faction under a mysterious leader schemes to push the project’s profits, a group that includes KR, Vedam (Vedam), and others like Chandi and Seshagiri. Vedam’s presence anchors a strategic move against the project while hinting at the latched power struggle that unfolds.

Back home, the family tableau is introduced: Anna lives with his wife Lakshmi, his elder son Bhushan, and Krishna. Bhushan is a spoiled, reckless force who treats others with fear and contempt, a stark contrast to his father’s sense of duty. He carries out a brutal act—kidnapping a young woman and assaulting her at a farmhouse—and his volatile temper leads him to align with KR’s faction, drawn by greed and resentment toward Anna. Sirisha confirms a painful truth to Krishna: her friend was kidnapped and held at Anna’s farmhouse, a fact that few dared reveal. Krishna brings this to Anna’s attention, apologizes to the assaulted woman, and orders Ramudu to return her home; Anna responds by house-arresting Bhushan to shield the innocent, though Lakshmi later insists Bhushan be welcomed back into the family circle. The tension between law, loyalty, and old loyalties deepens as Sirisha’s confession tightens the grip on the looming conflict.

The plot intensifies when Ramudu invites Anna and Lakshmi to attend his daughter’s wedding, a gesture that becomes a flashpoint. Bhushan’s men open fire on Anna’s convoy, a confrontation that ends in chaos: Bhushan fatally harms his own wife and son in the confusion, while Anna sustains grave injuries. Krishna defends the danger zone, arresting him during a clash with Inspector Gogin Rao, who tries to eject Anna’s men from the hospital under pressure and fear. This grim scene exposes Gogin Rao as a figure who isn’t all he seems and who has ties to the KR faction. Krishna is briefly detained for assaulting an officer, but the truth of the conspiracy soon comes to light, and Sirisha urgently warns Krishna that Anna faces another calculated assault. Krishna rushes to protect him again, reinforcing the bond between them and the fragile peace they seek.

Amid the renewed danger, Bhushan hatches a final, desperate plan: he carries oranges laced with explosives into the hospital, a scheme devised with KR’s backing to eliminate Anna. Lakshmi, steadfast and protective, cuts him off just as the trap detonates, leaving Anna gravely wounded once more. Lakshmi dies in the blast, and her death rites become a turning point in the family’s resolve. As the dust settles, Krishna moves to purge the conspiracy: he confronts and eliminates Gogin Rao, Chandi, and Seshagiri in cold, decisive acts; Vedam is murdered and hanged in a brutal scene meant to resemble a suicide, while KR himself dies offscreen in a blaze kindled by Krishna. Bhushan is cornered by Krishna, who dismisses his excuses and ends the threat with a cold, final shot.

In the aftermath, the true mastermind behind the scheme is revealed as Ananda Rao, a political schemer whose stake in the Nandavaram project could fund a move to the opposition. Krishna vows justice and takes aim at the conspirator, completing his arc of vengeance. The film closes on a somber but resolute note: Anna conducts Lakshmi’s funeral rites, honoring the fallen, while Krishna consolidates control by installing Ananda Rao’s gunmen as his own, offering them a slightly higher salary in a bid to maintain order and power in a world where loyalty is currency and protection is a family duty.
