The film opens with Krishna rescuing Sirisha from eve-teasers on a Hyderabad street at night. He accompanies her to her hostel and learns they both hail from Rayalaseema. This unlikely meeting sets the stage for power, family, and old feuds to unfold.

Cut to Krishna's native Rayalaseema, where his father Anna rules as a powerful don. Anna punishes Sankar Rao for dowry harassment and shows his willingness to enforce his code. He wields political influence to protect the people and his region.

Anna's family is introduced: Lakshmi, Bhushan, and Krishna. Bhushan is spoiled and brutal, terrorizing people and setting up a troubling dynamic with his father. He abducts a woman and assaults her at his farmhouse, proving a dangerous alliance with KR's group.

Ramudu, Anna's trusted henchman, discovers that Sirisha is Gavarraju's daughter—the same Gavarraju Anna had killed earlier. The discovery complicates Krishna and Sirisha's romance, but Anna respects their decision to wed.

Sirisha informs Krishna that her friend is kidnapped and kept at Bhushan's farmhouse. Krishna reports the situation to Anna, finds the woman assaulted, and apologizes; he orders Ramudu to drop her home. Bhushan is placed under house arrest to prevent further harm.

Inspector Gogin Rao tries to remove Anna's men from the hospital, sparking a brawl. Krishna clashes with Gogin Rao and is arrested for assaulting a police officer. It later emerges that Gogin Rao is corrupt and in league with KR.

Sirisha warns Krishna of another attack; he intervenes to protect Anna. Bhushan's plan uses oranges packed with explosives, but Lakshmi cuts them; the blast injures Anna as he moves toward a medical checkup. Anna collapses and chaos erupts around him.

Lakshmi's funeral is held as the truth about the conspirators comes to light. Krishna names KR, Gogin Rao, Chandi, Vedam, Seshagiri, and Bhushan as the culprits. The revelation marks a turning point in the battle for power.

Krishna hunts down the conspirators one by one. Gogin Rao is strangled with a wire, Seshagiri is killed by a poisoned cake, and Chandi dies in a car filled with gas. Vedam is hanged from a tree to resemble a suicide, and KR is shot offscreen and dies in flames.

The mastermind behind the Nandavaram scheme is revealed to be Ananda Rao, who controls a majority stake and plots to shift to the opposition to win elections. His plan hinges on eliminating Anna and controlling the project.

During Lakshmi's death rites, Krishna murders Ananda Rao, bringing a decisive end to the conspiracy. The act confirms Krishna's rise as the enforcer of Anna's regime.

Krishna decides to recruit Ananda Rao's gunmen as his own men, offering a higher salary to ensure loyalty, echoing Anna's earlier method. This move solidifies Krishna's control over the criminal-political landscape.

Anna leads Lakshmi's death rites while Krishna consolidates power by employing Ananda Rao's gunmen. The film closes with the sense that the cycle of influence and protection continues in Rayalaseema.
