Surya Ganesh is a corrupt IPS officer who gets transferred to Bangalore as ACP, wielding his power to pull money through unorthodox methods. In this move, he also egged on a local MP named Rudra Pratap Ashish Vidhyarthi, who has become a headache for Agni, the DGP of Bangalore. Surya is the son of Agni Sai Kumar, and he carries anger toward his father, believing his supposed negligence led to the death of his mother and newborn sister. In truth, Agni had left his wife at the hospital to save multiple families during a riot. Unaware of this, Surya fled from his father and joined an orphanage, where he grew into an IPS officer bent on revenge.
During his time in Bangalore, Surya meets two women: Sangeetha Ranya Rao, a journalist, and Manvitha Priyanka Thimmesh, a deaf-mute philanthropist who works in a coffee shop. He falls for Sangeetha and hopes she will reciprocate, but she rejects him because of his corrupt ways. Manvitha’s life ends tragically when she is killed by Rudra Pratap’s son Vicky as she tries to protect a techie from an assault. Surya comes to see Manvitha as a sister figure, and her death hardens his resolve to take on Rudra Pratap.
Rudra Pratap envisions turning Vicky into a politician, a plan that fuels Surya’s confrontation with him. Surya objects, challenging Rudra Pratap to shield Vicky from arrest. The situation escalates when Rudra Pratap’s men kidnap Basanti, a transgender who serves as the key witness, and also seize Sangeetha. Agni, with his team, rushes to Basanti’s location to rescue her, while Surya fights to save Sangeetha. Tragically, Agni and his team, alongside Basanti, are killed by Rudra Pratap and his partners.
The following day, Surya and the police hatch a plan to break Vicky out of custody. They trail him to Rudra Pratap’s hideout, leading to a brutal showdown. In the ensuing fight, Surya kills Vicky, Rudra Pratap, and his partners, delivering a cathartic revenge that also avenges Manvitha and his father’s deaths.
