Bhaskar follows Prem to Phuket and convinces him to take on his love case with Priya. Although reluctant, Prem agrees to help Bhaskar, setting the pair on a mission to win Priya's heart. Their plan marks the start of a shared journey between mentor and client.

After returning, Prem encounters Naina, a photojournalist fleeing from Chhota Don who impersonates Shah Rukh Khan. He saves her from danger, and their connection grows into a romance. This encounter broadens Prem's romantic horizons beyond Bhaskar.

Prem shifts focus to teaching Bhaskar how to impress Priya. Instead of Prem's own tactics, Bhaskar's sincere, simple nature begins to work in Priya's eyes. The mentor-mentee dynamic deepens as they prepare Bhaskar for Priya's affection.

Neil Bakshi asks Prem to coach a girl for a one-night stand. Prem refuses, citing his ethical code. Nevertheless, the girl turns out to be Nikki, Naina's friend, creating a new rift and exposing Prem's actions to Naina.

Naina discovers that the Love Guru is actually Prem and publishes a front-page exposé linking Priya-Bhaskar's relationship to Prem's methods. The article leads to Bhaskar being fired from his job. Trust and reputations are severely tested.

Prem explains to Priya what happened with Neil and Nikki, admitting his refusal to assist Neil. Priya realizes the traits she admired in Bhaskar are really the masked aspirations Prem had for Bhaskar. She becomes ready to accept Bhaskar back.

Prem and Naina mend their relationship and marry. In parallel, Bhaskar and Priya also marry, sealing the new pairings. The film ends with two happy couples and renewed love.
