Night Train to Terror

On a train headed to Las Vegas, God and Satan debate what they offer humankind. They observe the passengers' stories and weigh the fate of three individuals whose lives may be changed by their choices. The train's journey becomes a moving stage for their cosmic contest as the passengers' destinies unfold.

Harry Billings, an alcoholic salesman, is taken to a mysterious psychiatric hospital after a reckless act that ends in tragedy. Inside, he is subjected to hypnosis by Dr. Fargo and Dr. Brewer. The staff begin to weaponize his hypnotic state to manipulate victims and further their grim plans.

Under hypnosis, Harry is used to lure additional victims to the hospital, where they are brutally murdered. The corpses are then harvested for organs, turning the hospital into a sinister, underground operation. The cycle of murder and exploitation grows more explicit as the staff tighten their control.

Fargo betrays Brewer and lobotomizes her, leaving Brewer in control of Harry and forming a dangerous, romantic bond with him. The odd alliance powers the pair as they navigate the hospital's horrors. The remaining staff's grip on reality begins to fracture.

Harry defies Fargo and kills Otto in a bid to escape the hospital's clutches. In a cruel twist, the lobotomized Brewer enacts revenge by vivisecting Fargo, showing the depth of the hospital's dark influence. The line between victim and villain becomes increasingly blurred.

Gretta Connors, a struggling actress, works at an amusement park and falls under the sway of the austere George Youngmeyer. George manipulates her into appearing in pornographic films, leveraging her ambitions for his own gain. The relationship's power dynamic sets up a troubling path for Gretta's future.

Glenn Marshall, a medical student, becomes enamored with Gretta after seeing her film and tracks her to a Manhattan bar owned by George. The two fall in love as Gretta performs as a pianist, drawing them deeper into George's dark circle. George then recruits them into a deadly cult he belongs to.

Within the cult, Glenn is subjected to a series of deadly games, including brutal attempts reminiscent of Russian roulette. Gretta and Glenn struggle to survive as the group's reckless rituals escalate. The line between control and chaos becomes increasingly thin.

As Gretta and Glenn prepare for marriage, George kidnaps them and subjects them to another death game using a wrecking ball. The perilous spectacle ends with one cultist dying, leaving their fate shrouded in uncertainty and fear. The couple's bond is tested to its breaking point.

Claire Hansen, a devout Catholic surgeon, is tormented by nightmares about Nazis. Lieutenant Stern teams with Abraham Weiss to track down a group of Nazis believed to have fled to the United States, hoping to bring them to justice. The investigation fringes on the occult as fear grows.

Weiss is killed after encountering a demonic-looking woman during the pursuit of the Nazi group. Claire's investigation deepens as the mystery of the Nazi cult and its occult connections begins to surface. The pursuit hints at a larger, more dangerous conspiracy at work.

Claire conducts Weiss's autopsy and discovers a mysterious 666 tattoo on his abdomen, signaling the mark of the beast and the occult underpinnings of the Nazi cult. The discovery intensifies her resolve to uncover the cult's true nature. The mystery threads through the medical and magical elements of the story.

Papini, another man branded with the 666 tattoo, attempts to halt the Nazi cult but is captured by a monstrous creature and dragged into the earth. His fate signals the cult's terrifying reach and the personal danger faced by everyone who confronts it. Claire's sense of peril deepens as more victims fall.

Olivier, the cult's leader and a servant of the Devil, is revealed in the climactic struggle. Claire drives Olivier off with her car near the cult's mansion, then helps in a surgical confrontation where her assistant is compelled to kill Olivier during the operation. Olivier remanifests in a restored body, and the vivisected victim on the table becomes the assistant, sealing the horror.

Back on the train, God and Satan clash over the passengers' fates, each seeking ultimate control of their souls. Satan tries to derail the train to claim everyone's future, but God intervenes to prevent the catastrophe. In the end, the train is saved from disaster and ascends along a track into the sky, leaving the outcome hanging over the fates of the passengers.
