Two cases, a missing person and a hit-and-run victim, seem connected, prompting a citywide search for witnesses. At the heart of the investigation is a once-promising Durga, a former CBI cadet whose career ended after a horrific car crash that claimed her foster brother Aditya and left her blind.

Durga confides in the police station that, on the night of the hit-and-run, she was picked up by a taxi. Her testimony points toward a driver who may be involved, a lead that could crack the case open if true. The detective assigned to the case, SI Manikandan, is initially skeptical, especially given Durga’s blindness. Yet her heightened senses and keen perception gradually force him to consider her perspective seriously, shifting the investigation onto a path even she might not have anticipated.

As they pursue leads together, every clue seems to spiral into a dead end, until a new witness named Gowtham steps forward. He claims to have seen not a taxi but an imported sedan at the scene, a detail that widens the scope of the pursuit and deepens the mystery surrounding the vehicle involved.

That same night, the path twists further when Gowtham is followed by Dr. James Dinah, a gynecologist with a chilling secret—he abducts and assaults young women. Gowtham tries to escape but is knocked to the ground by a brick. An ambulance arrives, and the investigation pivots toward the doctor as Durga and the team rush to the location. When Gowtham is released, he reaches out to Durga via FaceTime and guides her through the labyrinthine metro system, warning her about the dangerous pursuit she faces. Durga clutches her seeing-eye dog, Kanna, and makes a narrow escape, but James closes in, catching up to her in an elevator, where the fragile balance of safety and danger teeters on a knife’s edge. The confrontation turns brutal as James strikes and Durga fights back, even as he injects a sedative to subdue her.

Durga awakens with Gowtham by her side, and a mysterious unknown caller soon tries to steer her away from the investigation. Days later, the pair visit Renuka, a friend of Sofia—one of James’s victims—who reveals a troubling detail: Sofia was pregnant and had planned to terminate the pregnancy. This revelation becomes a crucial thread in a larger plan to trap the killer. To draw him out, Durga disguises herself as a pregnant woman seeking an abortion and locates James’s secret clinic. The sequence leads to a tense showdown that eventually brings James to the police station, where he confesses to his crimes, exposing the pattern behind the disappearances and assaults.

A violent clash erupts, in which Manikandan is killed and James escapes, throwing the case into sharper, more desperate relief. As the hunt intensifies, Gowtham and Durga find themselves ambushed by the killer at an orphanage they visit. Gowtham holds James off, while Durga races to her car. The killer closes in, but she strikes him repeatedly, and the brutal confrontation ends with his death.

In the aftermath, Durga undergoes a significant transformation, receiving a new pair of eyes through surgery. At a remembrance ceremony for the fallen officer, she reveals a poignant twist: those donated eyes came from Manikandan, sealing a solemn note of closure and memory within the larger story.
