At the police station, Durga reveals that on the night of the hit-and-run she was picked up by a taxi cab driver. SI Manikandan is skeptical at first because she is blind, but her sharpened senses begin to persuade him. He agrees to listen and join the investigation.

The detective finally agrees to work with Durga, believing her insights may help. They follow several leads across the city, but none of them pin down the culprit. The case remains unresolved as they search for witnesses.

Gowtham, a motorcycle delivery boy, comes forward claiming he witnessed the hit-and-run. He insists the car involved was not a taxi but an imported sedan. His testimony shifts the focus and complicates the investigation.

That night, Gowtham is followed by Dr. James Dinah, who abducts him and assaults him with brute force. An ambulance arrives as the scene unfolds, drawing police attention. Durga and Manikandan respond to the disturbance.

Gowtham calls Durga from the scene to warn her about James. Durga uses a FaceTime call to share her location and escapes with her seeing-eye dog, Kanna. James catches up and overpowers her in the elevator, killing Kanna and sedating Durga.

Durga wakes up to find Gowtham by her side after being drugged. She then receives a phone call from an unknown number warning her away from the case. The threat heightens the danger surrounding the investigation.

Durga and Manikandan visit Renuka, a friend of Sofia, who reveals that Sofia was pregnant and had decided to abort. The revelation suggests the killer's pattern and provides a lead to pursue in disguise.

Durga disguises herself as a pregnant woman seeking an abortion to lure James out. She discovers James's secret clinic and follows the trail until James ends up at the police station. The ruse sets up a confrontation aimed at bringing him to justice.

At the police station, James confesses to his crimes. A fight breaks out during the confrontation, and Manikandan is killed while James escapes.

Gowtham and Durga are ambushed by James at an orphanage they visit. Gowtham fights James while Durga makes a dash for her car. The killer closes in on her, but Durga manages to strike him, killing him.

Durga undergoes a surgical transplant to receive a new pair of eyes. In a remembrance ceremony for Manikandan, she reveals that the eyes were donated by him, marking a meaningful closure to the case.
