At a sprawling castle in Scotland, Ashish Kapoor [Ram Kapoor] is a powerful Indian businessman who hosts a birthday party for his close circle, a gathering that will soon peel back layers of secrecy and resentment. His dream company has collapsed in a spectacular fashion, with a debt of 20,000 crore rupees and more than 10,000 employees whose salaries have gone unpaid for over two years, forcing him to flee India to avoid imprisonment. The event draws in a web of relationships, each thread tugging toward hidden motives and fragile loyalties.

The host’s inner circle includes Kay [Amrita Puri], his secretary who harbors a massive crush and is willing to bend rules to remain close to him. Also present is Jimmy Mistry [Rahul Bose], AK’s brother-in-law, who wears a bitter edge because generations of family power fell into AK’s hands, even as Jimmy’s own ambitions simmer beneath the surface.
