Overcome by guilt, Viswanath commits suicide. Fareed and Eswari are arrested, and Fareed's gang perishes inside the vault due to lack of oxygen. The consequences of the conspiracy are swift and fatal, reshaping everyone's paths.

Ravi destroys all traces of Viswanath's illicit affair and locates Rs 2 crores stashed in the back of Viswanath's car. He uses the funds to launch a fresh start for his own business, free from the bank's treacheries. The story closes on Ravi's resolve to build a future built on truth and autonomy.
