Max is a traumatized man who survived a car crash that killed his fiancée, Kayla. He takes a security job at the Mayflower to reconnect with his father and to find stability. He discovers he can foresee deaths through mirrored reflections, a gift he must learn to control. His struggle centers on using this ability to protect his loved ones while uncovering the store’s dark past.

Jenna is the Mayflower's buyer who becomes a key figure in the store’s operations. She falls victim to the mirror’s vengeance, dying when her reflection triggers a fatal glass shard. Her death reveals the store’s hidden crimes and spurs the investigation that follows.

Ryan Parker is the vice-president of operations at Mayflower. He is killed in the same manner as Jenna, with his reflection eviscerated, signaling the mirror’s deadly reach. His death exposes the consequences of the cover-up surrounding Eleanor’s disappearance.

Keller Landreaux serves as Mayflower’s store manager and is later revealed as the antagonist behind Eleanor’s murder. He rapes Eleanor while she is intoxicated and kills her when she tries to escape. He attempts to erase the crime by covering up the surveillance records, making him the target of Eleanor’s vengeance.

Henry Schow is the former security guard who accessed and then manipulated the surveillance files to hide the crime. His reflections left him scarred, and he ultimately confesses to his role in the cover-up. His involvement ties the physical crime to the spectral vendetta.

Eleanor Reigns is a new employee who disappears, her spirit becoming trapped in the mirror world. She uses the reflections to seek revenge on those responsible for her death, manipulating others to force Max to help her contact her sister. Her vengeance drives the film’s supernatural events, culminating in a final act against her killer.

Elizabeth is Eleanor’s older sister who teams up with Max to uncover the truth behind Eleanor’s disappearance. She helps piece together the store’s dark past and the cover-up, bridging the living world with the spirit-driven investigation.

Detectives Huston and Piccirilli are the investigators who recite the store’s history and question Max about the strangest events. Their investigation traces the disappearances and murders back to the hidden surveillance records and the cover-up.
