As Monica Brown’s talk show nears its conclusion, she takes a moment to engage with an enigmatic guest - a disfigured woman who astonishingly survived the horrific massacre that unfolded last Halloween night. Throughout their conversation, Monica can’t help but be struck by the haunting resemblance between the survivor and the notorious killer, Art the Clown, whose body has inexplicably vanished from the morgue. As Vicky, Tara’s sister, inadvertently joins the chaos, she confronts the deranged Art, who has been rampaging through the city, leaving a trail of carnage. As the authorities unravel a shocking reality - Vicky, once thought to be a victim, has miraculously survived the horrors - a grotesque scene plays out at the morgue.
