Upon entering the city, the assassin discovers a legion of faceless drones patrolling the area. They all seem to be governed by a terrifying entity that communicates through incoherent babble, manifesting its presence through eerie close-ups on screens.

Delving deeper into the city's depths, the assassin discovers a staggering mound of identical suitcases. Driven by curiosity, he opens his own suitcase to find a time bomb, sparking a race against time.

As the assassin prepares to detonate the time bomb, he remains blissfully unaware of the lurking threat around him. The ticking of the bomb intensifies, building suspense for the impending catastrophe.

The assassin's fate takes a grim turn as he is captured and restrained on a surgical table. A sinister surgeon and nurse prepare to operate on him before an audience, highlighting the horror of his situation.

In a grotesque display, the surgeon begins to slice open the assassin's abdomen, rummaging through his insides. Various jewelry and papers are revealed, culminating in the retrieval of a peculiar, wailing larva-like creature.

The nurse takes the larva away to an unknown fate, leaving the audience horrified. This action emphasizes the chilling nature of the world in which the assassin finds himself, where life is treated with grotesque indifference.

The surgeon drills a hole into the assassin's skull, linking his brain to a nearby television. As the assassin witnesses the flickering images, the narrative shifts above, connecting his fate with that of a 'last man.'
