Ganesh is a college graduate who lives with his father, Chandrasekhar, a kind-hearted doctor who pampers him with affection and easygoing support. The world around him changes the moment he meets Sandhya, the daughter of a very strict police inspector, Vasudevan, whose constant suspicion about romance shapes Sandhya’s choices. Vasudevan’s protectiveness and Sandhya’s resolve push her toward a single goal: to earn a gold medal in her studies, and to vow never to fall in love.
From the moment Ganesh lays eyes on Sandhya, he experiences a transformative, almost instantaneous attraction, a moment he remembers as love at first sight. Sandhya, though she glances at him, insists to her friend Fathima that she likes no one, setting a clear boundary that Ganesh is determined to cross. Night after night, Ganesh makes the daily pilgrimage to the bus stop, hoping to catch a glimpse of her and dreaming about a future they might share.
