In a picturesque hill town of Coonoor, Aravind, Jiiva, runs a cozy restaurant and charms guests with a light-hearted, flirtatious approach to life. Widely known for his playful persona, he navigates love with a carefree motto: Kavalai Vendam (Don’t worry). Yet beneath the easygoing surface lies a tangle of memories from a complicated past, tied to his ex-wife, Divya, Kajal Agarwal.

Flashback to a youth-filled courtship, where Aravind and Divya were inseparable friends who eventually pledged themselves to each other in marriage. Their bond, however, was tested by Aravind’s immaturity and Divya’s strong-willed nature. A painful moment occurs when Aravind’s mother scolds Divya, and Aravind fails to stand up for her. The hurt runs deep, and Divya, feeling rejected and unsupported, walks away, ending the marriage without giving him a chance to explain. The couple separates and loses touch, leaving a lasting ache that neither can fully erase.

Years later, Divya reappears in Coonoor, now living with her new boyfriend and poised to remarry.
