Upon arriving at the dock, the group realizes that they have missed the boat to the island. They catch a lift with Victor Kirk and his sidekick Salish, despite a warning from a cop about Kirk's questionable activities.

The group arrives at the rave location only to find it in chaos and eerily deserted. Alicia, Karma, and Simon set off to search for their friends, while Cynthia and Greg stay behind.

While sharing a romantic moment, Cynthia is left vulnerable when Greg steps out. She is suddenly attacked by a horde of zombies, leading to a perilous situation.

Alicia, Karma, and Simon discover three survivors named Rudy, Liberty, and Hugh in an old house. They learn about a zombie invasion that wiped out the rave attendees, prompting the group to seek safety.

The group regroups only to face a shocking situation when Cynthia transforms into a zombie. She attacks Hugh, and Jordan Casper steps in to shoot her, but the danger is far from over.

With their escape plan in jeopardy, Greg and Casper head out to find assistance. Tragically, Greg falls victim to a sudden zombie attack, leaving the remaining friends in despair.

In a desperate bid to protect the teens, Kirk reveals his stash of smuggled weapons. The group arm themselves and prepare to fight back against the encroaching zombie threat.

The group engages in a chaotic gunfight as zombies besiege the house. Liberty and Jordan are tragically lost in the onslaught, increasing the stakes for the remaining survivors.

Kirk bravely decides to detonate explosives to combat the zombies invading the house. His sacrifice allows the remaining friends to escape, but he pays the ultimate price.

Karma, Alicia, and Rudy escape through a hatch into the tunnels below. Simon heroically covers their retreat, triggering an explosion that destroys the house and a large number of zombies.

As they navigate the tunnels, Karma makes the ultimate sacrifice to protect Alicia and Rudy from the advancing zombies. Her bravery emphasizes the dire circumstances they face.

The group encounters Castillo, who reveals his dark past and his role in the zombie outbreak. A fierce battle ensues, culminating in Alicia being fatally wounded.

In a climactic moment, Rudy decapitates Castillo, only to find that his body still poses a threat. With Alicia's last strength, she crushes Castillo's head, but succumbs soon after.

A squad of federal agents arrives to rescue Rudy and Alicia, eliminating the remaining zombies. However, Rudy gives Alicia an immortality serum, ensuring the cycle of horror continues.
