In Bangkok, Gou Fei confronts a loan shark who had funded Sam Sei's late mother's burial. The loan shark abducts Sam to pressure repayment, and Gou Fei fights through the thug crew to rescue him, persuading the shark to grant more time. The shark refuses, swears to kill them, and Gou Fei and Sam barely escape.

To raise money, Gou Fei and Sam team up with Sam's cousin Judge for a high-stakes heist and plan their moves. During the setup, a clash erupts between Chung and Psycho after Gou Fei makes remarks about Lau Ngang. Despite the tension, the crew presses ahead with the plan.

After the initial group meeting, the loan shark offers Judge money to betray Gou Fei and Sam during the heist. The betrayal casts a shadow over the operation as loyalties begin to fracture. The plan continues, but trust has clearly soured.

Beneath a busy Bangkok street, Gou Fei blocks traffic while Lau Ngang drops a grenade into an irate driver's car, triggering an explosion and an attack on a pursuing lorry. The group opens fire, killing the passengers and seizing the vehicle as the heist proceeds under chaos. The plan remains on track despite the carnage.

Psycho gains control of the truck, ejecting Chung from the vehicle. The team’s apparent success is undermined when Judge makes a lethal move against Gou Fei but ends up killing Chung instead. A high-speed car chase erupts as the two enemies collide and flee.

Gou Fei corners Judge amid the wreckage and engages in a brutal fight. Judge slices Gou Fei's right finger and thumb, while a bystander fires a warning shot to stop the brawl. The confrontation leaves both men bloodied and furious.

The stolen truck, now with Lau Ngang and Psycho, pours gunfire into a house, killing everyone except a girl. Sam Sei bursts in with a gun, apparently to kill Gou Fei on Judge's orders, but shoots Gou Fei in the chest and the others into the floor. He then triggers a pressure cooker explosion, burning the resident and the girl alive.

Assumed dead, Gou Fei quietly returns to the city as Sam rises into a more ruthless gangster. He steals Judge's shipment of guns intended for sale and then ransoms them back in order to raise money for the hospital-bound girl burned in the firefight. The volatile dynamic between Gou Fei and Sam intensifies.

The two meet again and Gou Fei systematically wipes out all of Judge's cohorts, including Psycho. The feud escalates as old debts and broken loyalties collide on the streets. The body count climbs as vengeance drives the conflict.

Judge offers Gou Fei money and asks for the goods, but Gou Fei detonates the goods instead. The two exchange fire, and Gou Fei defeats Judge with a butterfly-knife throw. He finishes Judge with the taunt, 'Go masturbate in hell!'
