Eye in the Sky

A group of organized burglars successfully robs a jewelry store, pulling off the heist with precision. Piggy, a new recruit, is thrust into action on her first surveillance assignment alongside Sergeant Wong. The police review surveillance footage and set out to identify and track the suspects by staking out the neighborhood.

Fatman is identified by surveillance and data-mining, including his Octopus transit card, placing him at the center of the investigation. The team constructs an ambush at the scene of the next planned robbery in hopes of catching the crew off guard. The pursuit shows the detectives leveraging multiple data streams to close in on the gang.

Police ambush at the site of the next robbery sparks a chaotic chase. Hollow Man detects the police presence and warns his fellow robbers. In the ensuing gunfight, several robbers are killed by the Police Tactical Unit while the rest escape; Chan shoots a uniformed officer in the confusion, and Piggy slows to render first aid rather than continuing the pursuit.

The surveillance unit shifts to a kidnapping case. Piggy stakes out a phone booth where a ransom call might come. She spots Hollow Man passing by and recognizes the kidnapper from Fatman's apartment building, enabling a police rescue of the victim. Piggy resumes pursuit of Hollow Man as the investigation narrows.

In a tense cafe confrontation, Hollow Man tests Piggy’s resolve but she escapes his suspicion. He then notices Sergeant Wong nearby and attacks him with a pair of scissors, stabbing him in the neck. The attack marks a turning point as Piggy must decide whether to keep pursuing while Wong bleeds.

Wong, despite his life-threatening injury, pleads with Piggy to keep pursuing Hollow Man as he bleeds to death and is rushed for treatment. Piggy agrees to carry on, driven by loyalty and the need to bring Hollow Man to justice. The decision propels her deeper into the investigation's danger.

Piggy follows Hollow Man to his hideout and calls for the Police Tactical Unit to converge. The chase highlights her growing skill and resolve as the stakes rise. Hollow Man's movements become the focal point of the operation.

Wong survives the stab and receives medical treatment, remaining a guiding presence for the team. He helps coordinate the response from the hospital, inspiring Piggy to press on. The unit readies for a final raid aimed at capturing Hollow Man and the remaining crew.

The Police Tactical Unit raids Hollow Man's hideout, forcing a rapid retreat by the criminals. Hollow Man escapes during the assault, slipping away in the confusion. The raid demonstrates both the urgency and the limits of the operation at that moment.

Hollow Man flees down a dock during the pursuit, frantically seeking an exit. In a fatal misstep, he wounds himself mortally by striking his neck on a hanging hook. The act seals his fate as the final confrontation unfolds from a deathbed vantage.

With Hollow Man dead and the hideout secured, the remaining robbers are captured and the case closes. The team recovers most of the stolen goods and Piggy emerges more confident and capable. Wong’s sacrifice remains the catalyst for the investigation’s ultimate success.
