In present-day India, Baba Sikander and his brothers extort money from wealthy businessmen, using threats and violence to enforce their rule. Those who refuse the demand are killed, creating a climate of fear that fuels the entire story. The criminals operate with shocking brazenness, setting the stage for the hero's pursuit.

Kantilal Shah adopts Karan Shah when he is a canteen boy listening in on a boardroom discussion. Over the years Karan earns his father's trust and is gradually given responsibility for the family business. This creates friction with his step-sister Anjali.

When Karan learns his father's life is in danger, he returns from America and persuades Kantilal not to pay the extortion, but to compensate past victims and their families instead. Kantilal agrees to this plan, hoping to do justice to those harmed. This choice sows the seeds for the tragedy five days later.

Five days after his birthday, Kantilal Shah and four bodyguards are gunned down in an elevator. Anjali openly renounces Karan and refuses to participate in the funeral. A shocked Karan vows to apprehend Baba and bring him to justice in India.

After the funeral, Karan publicly declares to Baba that he will find and bring him back to India, no matter where he hides. He commits to ending Baba's terror at any cost. The vow marks a personal crusade becoming a national mission.

Karan recruits Arjun Srivastav, a suspended former police inspector whose resolve mirrors the quest for justice. Arjun agrees after persuasion from Karan and his daughter, bringing a seasoned, no-nonsense edge to the operation. His involvement signals the team’s escalation from pursuit to infiltration.

Arjun recommends Abhimanyu, Baba's former chauffeur and hitman who is jailed in Vashi. Abhimanyu is rescued in broad daylight by Arjun's team, under the pretext of a medical checkup, and he agrees to help in exchange for payment. This adds a crucial insider who knows Baba’s network.

The team travels to Kathmandu, where Abhimanyu meets his girlfriend Sonia and attempts to pass her off as Baba's girlfriend to extort money. He double-crosses Arjun and Karan by taking the money and trying to escape. Priya, a reporter, follows the trail, uncovers the deceit, and the group proceeds to rescue Abhimanyu and Sonia amid a lengthy gunfight.

Following the Kathmandu events, the group captures Salim under duress, who betrays Baba’s location and says he is in Munich. Abhimanyu shoots Salim for his betrayal, securing the information as the plan shifts to Europe. The team commits to tracking Baba across borders.

In Munich, Karan and Abhimanyu corner Baba at a guest house, triggering a brutal gunfight. Arjun dies during the siege, and the remaining team suffers heavy casualties. Baba is warned by his foes to flee, while Karan confronts the cost of their mission.

Pursuing Baba as he tries to flee across the French border, Sonia and Priya alert the French Border Police. Baba is cornered just as he crosses into France, leading to a final, tense gunfight. Karan restrains Abhimanyu from lethal action, ensuring Baba’s capture and extradition to India.

Baba is extradited to India, where he is sentenced to death and hanged. Karan becomes a national hero, reconciles with his sister, and marries Priya. They adopt Arjun's daughter Ayesha, and Abhimanyu with Sonia settle in Kathmandu, closing the chapter on the ordeal.
