In modern-day secular India, a ruthless crime boss, Baba Sikandar, and his brothers, Aftab and Sameer, tighten their grip on the city through fearless extortion and deadly retaliation. They begin by squeezing wealthy businessmen for money, and when their victims refuse, they pay with their lives. Among those targeted is Kantilal Shah, a wealthy patriarch, whose son is Karan Shah. Raised from humble beginnings after being discovered as a cantteen boy, he earns his father’s trust and gradually takes on the responsibility of running the family business. Yet his ascent provokes tension with his step-sister, Anjali Shah, who resents his closeness to their father. When Kantilal’s life is threatened, Karan returns home from America, urging his father to stand firm against the extortionists and to use the demanded money to compensate the victims’ families.
Five days after his birthday, Kantilal is gunned down in an elevator along with four bodyguards, leaving India’s business world stunned and Anjali torn between grief and resentment. The shock drives Karan to vow that Baba Sikandar will face justice, no matter where in the world he hides. He soon learns that Baba’s stronghold lies in Italy, a country without an extradition treaty with India, making a straightforward legal case impossible. Undeterred, Karan hires a small squad of mercenaries and sets out on a globe-spanning mission to bring Baba back home.
The team begins by recruiting Arjun Srivastav, a suspended former police inspector who has already endured personal tragedy and now raises his school-age daughter alone. Arjun, hardened by past battles, agrees to help after a moving appeal from Karan and his daughter. He then recommends the next crucial ally: Abhimanyu, a former Baba chauffeur and hitman who has been wrongfully framed and imprisoned in Vashi Jail. Abhimanyu is rescued in broad daylight by Arjun and his men under the ruse of a routine medical checkup, and he is given a choice: assist in the mission for a substantial payment and a chance to settle old scores, or stay hidden.
What follows is a tangled web of trust and deception. In Kathmandu, Abhimanyu reconnects with his girlfriend, Sonia, and attempts to bluff his way out by presenting Sonia as Baba’s girlfriend seeking a ransom—an audacious ruse that backfires when both he and Sonia are abducted by Baba’s men. They are rescued by the trio, aided by the persistence of Priya, a sharp journalist who had previously crossed paths with Karan. Priya’s presence adds pressure and clarity to the rescue operation, and Abhimanyu, chastened and determined, agrees to stay on, hoping to strike a blow against Salim, a trusted Baba aide who helped set him up in the first place.
The group eventually corners Salim, who divulges that Baba is hiding in Munich. Abhimanyu wastes no time and eliminates Salim, and Karan locates Baba, delivering a stern reminder that the mission will not fade away. As the pursuit continues, the bond among the five travelers strengthens, and the mission takes on a life of its own. Yet fate strikes hard when Arjun is killed during a fierce gunbattle while they close in on Baba’s operations in a Munich safe house.
With Arjun gone, the mission pivots toward a final, high-stakes capture at the border. Baba attempts to slip away across the French border, but Sonia and [Priya](/actor/amee sha-patel) alert the border authorities, who coordinate with Indian officials in a tense sting at the crossing. A brutal gunfight erupts, taking a heavy toll on Baba’s inner circle. Ultimately, Baba Sikandar is cornered as he tries to flee and is captured before he can cross into France. Karan refrains from delivering the lethal blow, arguing that terror itself must end without becoming the tool of vendetta, and Baba is handed over to Indian authorities to be prosecuted and, eventually, executed.
The aftermath casts Karan as a national hero who mends ties with his sister and marries Priya, while the mission’s survivors chart new futures. The family they built—Karan and Priya—also adopts Arjun’s daughter, Ayesha, symbolizing a new beginning for everyone involved. Abhimanyu and Sonia settle in Kathmandu, beginning a quieter chapter of their lives after the storm. This tale blends grit, loyalty, and justice, weaving a story of how a fractured group discovers common purpose and, through mutual trust, restores a measure of peace to a city that once dangled on the edge of anarchy.
