Ek Ladka Ek Ladki

Bhagwati Prasad oversees his deceased brother's estate with assistance from his wife and brother-in-law, Markutey. Due to mounting debts, he resorts to embezzling money to pay off his creditors. During this period, his niece Renu arrives from the United States for a visit, bringing tension and scrutiny into their lives.

Renu, feeling dissatisfied with her current stay, insists on having a speedboat so she can be independent and enjoy her time alone. Bhagwati welcomes her and attempts to satisfy her demands, but her ambitions create suspicion among the family members. Her desire leads her to pursue her own entertainment away from the estate.

Renu's lawyer informs her of suspicious transactions revealing that 1.5 million rupees are missing from the estate. She questions Bhagwati, demanding a swift explanation within two days. This suspicion stirs tension and concern about potential financial misdeeds within the family.

Renu departs in her speedboat, but it is deliberately planned by Bhagwati to eliminate her. The boat crashes during the accident, leading to her disappearance. Fortunately, she is rescued by nearby fishermen and is subsequently handed over to the police. Her disappearance triggers a search for her among her family.

After the accident, Renu suffers from amnesia, making her unable to recall her identity. The police struggle to find her family, and she is taken in by Raja, who begins to manipulate her circumstances. Raja claims she is his wife and the mother of his three children, although they are actually his nephews, the sons of his deceased brother.

Raja fabricates stories about their life together, including the children helping him to keep her convinced. As she recovers from her memory loss, she starts to develop genuine feelings for Raja and the children. Raja begins to realize her care and affection grow beyond manipulation, leading to genuine love developing between them.

The estate's lawyer obtains a court order freezing all assets until Renu is located or her body is found. Bhagwati, determined to reclaim control, hires men to find her. Eventually, they locate her and reveal her amnesia, bringing her back to her family while revealing her true identity.

Bhagwati uncovers her recovered memory and becomes furious, planning to eliminate Raja and the children to reclaim the estate. His malicious intent is driven by greed and a desire for revenge, leading to a confrontation where he seeks to harm those he considers obstacles.

Renu finds out Bhagwati's plan to kill Raja and the children. The police arrive and arrest Bhagwati along with his accomplices. Renu’s awareness of the betrayal and her love for Raja culminate in her decision to stay back and build a future with him and the children.

Before leaving for the US, Renu surprises Raja and the children at their home, signifying her commitment to stay. The family begins a new chapter together, living happily as Raja, Renu, and their children, including a daughter of their own, symbolizing new beginnings and fulfillment of love and family bonds.
