In this provocative exploration of adolescent angst and unrestrained brutality, two high school seniors, Rickie and J.T., find themselves infatuated with their enigmatic classmate, Joann. Their mundane school life takes a harrowing turn when, filled with morbid curiosity, they decide to explore an abandoned psychiatric hospital. It is here, amid the decaying walls, that they make an unnerving discovery: a naked, mute woman, bound to a table deep within the basement. The sights before them ignite something dark within J.T., while Rickie’s moral compass begins to unravel.

The following day, J.T., reveling in his newfound discovery, spins tales about the woman he dubs “Deadgirl”. His stories become increasingly gruesome, revealing her true nature as an undead creature. As Rickie grapples with the moral implications of J.T.’s fascination, he finds himself attracted to Joann, whose own moral judgments seem to be slipping. Despite her boyfriend Johnny’s vehement objections, Rickie musters the courage to ask Joann out, only to face violent repercussions from Johnny and his brutal companion, Dwyer.

After the confrontation, the loathsome Wheeler encourages Johnny to take advantage of Deadgirl, leading to an unspeakable act that leaves Johnny paying a terrifying price as his body decays into an undead state. In a desperate attempt to save Deadgirl and Joann, Rickie storms the abandoned hospital, armed with a machete. He arrives just in time to see his beloved Joann and Deadgirl entwined in a dreadful scenario orchestrated by J.T. Faced with the sight of Wheeler desecrating Joann, Rickie’s intervention leads to chaos, and as he slices off Wheeler’s hand in a desperate bid to protect Joann, the turmoil only escalates.

In the ensuing pandemonium, Joann manages to escape her bonds, but not before J.T. attempts to convince Rickie to allow Deadgirl to feast on Joann. As Rickie watches helplessly, the undead horrors consume Joann, transforming her into something unrecognizable.

Lost and battered in the aftermath of this macabre tragedy, Rickie finds himself haunted by the consequences of his choices. He returns to the hospital, only to witness J.T.’s heinous act of stabbing Joann in the back as he urges Rickie to permit Deadgirl to bite her, a fate Rickie cannot comprehend. In his ultimate moment of despair, Joann coughs blood into Rickie’s face, rejecting him one last time before succumbing to her injuries.
