Kishen Malhotra, an industrialist, manages the Malhotra empire with his mother, uncle, and cousin Bhanu. Tensions arise when Kishen discovers Bhanu is defrauding the company, leading to Bhanu being banished from the house. Kishen's life is centered around his family and business ambitions.

While exploring opportunities in a village to expand his business, Kishen encounters Radha, a village belle. He begins teaching her and others English, forming a bond as they gradually fall in love. The setting here highlights Kishen's interest in rural development and personal growth.

Kishen leaves the village promising to come back to Radha but returns to find mourners at his house, indicating a tragedy. He is stunned to see a portrait of his mother, which signifies she has died. His shock deepens when he sees a duplicate of himself mourning alongside her.

Kishen confronts a doppelgänger, who claims to be him and reveals knowledge about his personal life and Radha. This duplicate causes confusion and casts doubt over the real Kishen's identity, leading to Kishen’s suspicion and concern about his safety.

Kishen endeavors to uncover the truth and infiltrates his own office, which is now run by his duplicate, but he is arrested. Clues about his mother’s death reveal potential foul play, and Bhanu's return at home complicates matters further. Kishen begins piecing together the conspiracy.

Radha comes to see Kishen in the city but misunderstands his absence due to his alleged partying. Real Kishen escapes police custody and reunites with Radha, explaining the conspiracy. Together with their friend Goonga, they devise a plan to expose the villains.

Kishen, Radha, and Goonga flee to Goa by boat, where Kishen encounters a girl who calls him Tony. He learns that the real Tony Montana is a saxophonist working in a Goan club, and begins gathering intel about his double, deepening the mystery.

Returning to Mumbai, Radha pretends to be Rita to infiltrate Kishen’s mansion. Kishen identifies the key enemies—Bhanu, Tony, and Inspector Dholak—and creates discord among them. Tony threatens to reveal a crucial secret about Kishen’s mother.

It is revealed that Kishen’s uncle is the mastermind behind the conspiracy, aiming to claim the estate he believed was unjustly left to Kishen’s mother. Tony’s ‘trump card’ claims she is still alive and being held captive, intensifying the conflict.

Kishen learns his dog was also replaced, tied to the conspiracy. He impersonates Tony to trick the villains and free his mother. Radha’s motherly trick confirms her true identity, allowing Kishen to outsmart his enemies and confront the villains.

Kishen locates his mother and she realizes his true identity through her own trickery. As the villains arrive, Kishen’s uncle admits to his greed and reveals that the money was fake to lure out the conspirators. Kishen’s quick thinking thwarts their plans.

Dholak emerges as undercover officer Bhinde, sent by the police to investigate the conspiracy. His arrival shifts the power dynamics and leads to the arrest of all villains. The police operation culminates in overpowered criminals being detained.

Tony unexpectedly admits that he is the real Tony Montana, acknowledging his true identity and asserting that only one Kishen exists. His revelation solidifies Kishen’s victory over the villains and resolves the confusion caused by the dual identities.

With the villains defeated and justice restored, Kishen and Radha finally unite, ending their tumultuous journey. Their love conquers the conspiracy and deception, promising a hopeful future together.
