Dr. Craig Manning, a respected US doctor, begins suffering vivid visions of women being murdered. He suspects the visions are connected to his twin brother Keith, who was believed dead in a Cleveland house fire at age 17. The eerie dreams push him to seek answers and confront a possible living threat.
