Psycho

Dagini asks Gautham to meet her at a place she will mention on her radio show. Gautham, a blind musician, spends the day listening to the broadcast and manages to pinpoint the meeting place. The location turns out to be a train station, where Dagini awaits him with hope.

The psycho-killer ambushes Dagini at the train station, sedates her, and she falls unconscious. Gautham arrives at the scene but cannot save her because of his blindness. He senses something is terribly wrong through his heightened perceptions.

The next day, the police brief Gautham and reveal a chilling pattern: 14 girls have been abducted, with 13 murdered and Dagini the latest captive. The case suggests a serial killer operating with calculated brutality. The gravity of the situation pushes Gautham to act.

Gautham decides to hunt the killer on his own and teams up with Kamala, a disabled ex-cop. While pursuing leads, the psycho abducts and beheads a prostitute after sedating her, demonstrating the expansion of his violence. The case takes on a new, more dangerous dimension.

They theorize that the killer is a wealthy man who owns pig farms, using the odor of decayed bodies as a clue. The team begins visiting pig-farm owners to test this hypothesis and gather suspicious leads. The approach reflects their attempt to map the killer's lifestyle and reach.

Multiple pig-farm owners are questioned, but none provide a concrete lead to identify Angulimala. The investigation stalls, and the pressure to stop more killings mounts. The trail grows cold, fueling frustration among the investigators.

Feeling cornered, the killer visits Gautham's home. Gautham senses his presence, and Rajanayakam attempts to pursue the killer by car, but the killer evades capture by slipping into a dense area of tall grass. Rajanayakam is killed in the ensuing pursuit, devastating Gautham.

Gautham mourns his friend's death and contemplates giving up. Kamala reveals she had a prior hint that the killer attended a college function, which renews their hope. They return to the campus to review recordings for clues.

Back at the college, they spot a suspicious presence in the footage, though the crucial moment is blurred. A college staff member sits nearby, helping narrow down the possibilities. The team pieces together a clearer profile of the killer.

Kamala visits a showroom and confirms the killer's name is Angulimala, providing a concrete target for the investigation. The identification marks a turning point in their pursuit and allows them to focus their efforts on capturing him.

Dagini navigates the killer's lair and encounters a jailed woman along with a dead cop. The imprisoned woman reveals Angulimala's past as her former student and explains the abuse he suffered, shedding light on the killer's psyche and motive.

Gautham reaches the lair at 11:45 PM and the intruder alarm sounds. The psycho charges Dagini, but Gautham cuffs his leg to slow him, enabling Dagini to escape with Kamala. They flee from the lair, narrowly avoiding capture.

The killer pleads with the imprisoned teacher to hand over the cuff key. The teacher places the key in front, but the killer forces her to swallow it to punish her. The killer tears open the teacher's stomach to retrieve the key and escapes in pursuit.

Dagini's interview reveals a troubling Stockholm syndrome, as she expresses sympathy for the killer rather than viewing him as a monster. The killer, listening to the interview, feels loved for the first time and, with a smile, jumps off a cliff, ending his reign of terror.
