Arundhati, believed to be the reincarnation of Jejamma, is engaged to Rahul. While traveling to Gadwal, a mysterious entity terrifies her relatives and leads them to an abandoned mansion where they fall into an illusion. The setup foreshadows the dark fate awaiting Arundhati and her family.

Arundhati's family arrives in Gadwal due to an accident caused by the same entity. The incident pulls them into the mansion's ominous history and triggers the haunting that will threaten Arundhati's lineage. The danger begins to close in as the past reawakens.

Anwar warns Arundhati about the mansion's peril and the grave danger tied to her supposed reincarnation. She dismisses his warning, determined to face whatever comes. The warning foreshadows the trial she will endure.

The entity lures Arundhati to the abandoned mansion, pulling her toward its trap. A man outside tries to stop her, but she ignores him and steps inside. The ruin's atmosphere tightens as she moves deeper into the past.

Inside the mansion, Arundhati finds the tomb and is pulled out by Anwar, who warns her with a ghostly vision. The encounter deepens the sense of danger and reveals the mansion's haunted history. She steels herself to uncover the truth.

Arundhati learns that the man outside is her grandfather's late elder brother. She convinces Chandramma, the house maid, to tell her the story of Jejamma. The tale begins to reveal the tragedy and vengeance that birthed the haunting.

In a flashback, Raja Chinna Venkata Rangarayudu rules the mansion with his daughter Bhargavi and Bhargavi's sister Arundhati Sr. Pasupathi, Bhargavi's husband, abuses Bhargavi and commits rape and murder, provoking Arundhati's rage. Bhargavi commits suicide to free herself from oppression. Jejamma expels Pasupathi after Gadwal's people beat him black and blue, and he is taken in by a group of Aghoras who train him in black magic.

Seven years later, Pasupathi returns as a powerful aghora seeking revenge and enters the mansion, killing innocents. Jejamma entombs him alive within the mansion, which is subsequently abandoned. The demonic threat festers as the killer's spirit persists.

Chandramma warns that Pasupathi's spirit threatens Arundhati forty-eight days after his entombment. The danger escalates as his influence spreads beyond the tomb and into Gadwal. Arundhati braces for the looming ordeal.

Pasupathi manipulates Ramana to release his spirit, terrorizing Arundhati. Anwar and Chandramma intervene, and Arundhati learns she is Jejamma's reincarnation. The revelation binds her to an ancient vendetta that spans generations.

Jejamma consults the Aghoras and discovers that only her own sacrifice can end Pasupathi's threat. She agrees to a painful death, and her mortal remains are prepared to become a weapon against the demon. Before leaving, she tells the family to honor her and to believe that she is born again.

Arundhati and Anwar race to retrieve Jejamma's weapon while Pasupathi endangers Rahul. In the ensuing struggle, Anwar is killed before he can reveal the weapon's power. Arundhati sacrifices herself to protect her family, and her blood activates the weapon. Jejamma possesses Arundhati and destroys Pasupathi as the castle collapses, leaving Arundhati presumed dead.

The castle lies in ruins but Arundhati survives and is eventually recognized by a little girl from her family. The story confirms that Jejamma has returned, suggesting a new generation under her protection. The cycle of hauntings appears to be broken for now.
