Aeternum is the tech company behind the 'Another End' service, offering bereaved families the chance to say goodbye by housing the deceased's memories in living hosts. The company's offices and therapy spaces frame the core dramatic action, while the host bodies introduce a second, eerie life for the departed. Ava's strip club also becomes a key setting, exposing the personal costs of hosting a deceased's consciousness. The story crosses between intimate family spaces—the Sal and Zoe homes—highlighting how grief multiplies across places.
