Kalidasan, who appeared to be a paranoid and cautious person living alone in an apartment during the COVID lockdown, slowly reveals a darker truth. Throughout the film, we learn that he is not a genuine motivational speaker as he claimed. Instead, he is a schizophrenia patient who has manipulated three criminals into committing murders across different cities, using his hallucinations and paranoid delusions to make them believe they were acting on his commands. His mental illness causes him to see voices and visions of dead people, which he confuses with reality, leading him to believe he is on a mission to help these spirits find justice.

As the story unfolds, Kalidasan’s investigations into the deaths of Sreedevi and her daughter Anu reveal that they were murdered, contrary to the initial reports of suicide. Their tormentor was their employer, Binoy, who was harassing them sexually and financially. His abuse escalated to murder when Sreedevi rejected his advances and decided to expose him, prompting him to kill her and her daughter to cover his tracks. Kalidasan’s efforts to gather evidence and bring the truth to light are based on his delusions but also reveal the real circumstances behind their deaths.

In the climax, Kalidasan’s criminal actions are exposed when Hari, his former criminal protégé, is arrested and confesses to being hired by Kalidasan to kill Binoy and others. It becomes clear that Kalidasan deliberately orchestrated these murders not out of a sense of justice, but because his mental illness convinced him that he was helping ghost victims and righting wrongs. His elaborate scheme is ultimately uncovered, revealing that he is a schizophrenic masquerading as a motivational speaker who misused his influence to manipulate others into violence.

The ending leaves viewers with a haunting sense of tragedy. Kalidasan escapes arrest, leaving behind the illusion of a savior, and continues to be a fugitive who believes he is doing good by helping spirits find justice. His mental illness has blurred the line between perception and reality, turning him into a dangerous criminal driven by hallucinations. The film concludes with the unsettling realization that behind the facade of a man trying to fight for justice, there is a deeply troubled individual whose mind has become a battleground between reality and delusion. The tragedy of his character is a sobering reminder of how mental health issues can distort perceptions and lead to destructive actions, especially when misunderstood or stigmatized.
