Balwant Roy, a wealthy industrialist, has a daughter named Uma and a son called Munna. Uma is married to Raghuveer, the elder son of Sunderlal, who manages the Roy Group of Industries. Munna, despite being of the same family, lives a simple life and is very close to his sister and family.

Sunderlal, the managing director, is depicted as greedy and scheming, with intentions to steal Balwant Roy's property and kill Munna to consolidate his power. He plots a conspiracy against Munna, aiming to eliminate the young heir.

A village boy named Mangal intervenes when Sunderlal's men attempt to attack Munna. Mangal successfully saves him, displaying bravery and establishing a bond between the two, leading them to live together happily. Mangal's mother feels proud as her son proves his loyalty.

Recognized by some people, Munna is taken back to his father, Balwant Roy. Realizing the danger to his son's life, Balwant Roy decides to send Munna abroad along with his trusted employee, Laxman Chacha, to ensure his safety.

After many years, Sunderlal and Raghuveer grow increasingly restless and desperate to eliminate Balwant Roy. Meanwhile, young Munna returns home and takes control of the business, ready to defend his family and their assets.

Munna is informed that his sister Uma is seriously ill and has traveled to the USA for treatment. He then calls his childhood friend Mangal and appoints him as the new managing director of the Roy Group of Industries, trusting his loyalty.

Mangal meets Shalu, the daughter of another industrialist, and learns that in childhood, her marriage was fixed with Munna. However, Shalu falls in love with Mangal, who reciprocates her feelings, creating emotional complications.

Meanwhile, Munna himself is in love with a village girl named Maina, from his childhood days. His feelings add a layer of personal conflict amidst the ongoing corporate and family conspiracies.

Sunderlal and Raghu conspire to eliminate Munna and Mangal by framing Mangal in a false rape and murder case, using Munna's secretary Lili's help. This malicious plan causes misunderstandings and puts Mangal's life in danger.

As a result of the conspiracy, a misunderstanding develops between Mangal and Shalu, leading her to accept a marriage proposal from Sunderlal's younger son Ranveer. This further complicates the personal relationships.

Despite the schemes against them, Mangal and Munna work together to identify the real culprits behind the conspiracy. Their perseverance helps them uncover Sunderlal and Raghu's malicious intentions.
