Gaurav narrates his life and introduces his two best friends, Mal and Vaghela. He explains his growing frustration with his corporate job. At the pub, he also meets Devika, his childhood crush, along with her boyfriend Arjun Kapoor.

During a moment of anger in the office washroom, Gaurav vents about his unfulfilling life and decides to quit. His words reach his boss, who confronts him about the outburst. The boss ultimately fires him for the outburst and the decision to leave.

Arjun's mother, Anu Aunty, visits Gaurav's home to boast about Arjun's promotion. She overhears that Gaurav has left his job and immediately starts gossiping about him. The visit reflects the social pressures and judgments the group faces.

At Arjun's promotion party, Gaurav shares a startup idea to deliver homemade meals to office-going bachelors. He recalls how he once carried a tiffin for a colleague. Gaurav, Mal, and Devika decide to test the concept by delivering boxes to their offices.

The team meets investors, organizes staff, and builds an app that connects customers with moms within a 2 km radius for homemade meals. The idea starts taking off and they expand to more offices. The venture marks the birth of their food-delivery startup.

The investor runs the company with a distant, controlling approach and pushes changes back to the old model. The main chefs (the moms) are fired and replaced with professionals. With quality slipping, customer trust begins to fall and the business suffers.

The founders confront a financial crisis as they realize they must repay a large amount tied to the company valuation. With a 10 crore 50 lakh target looming, they only have 10 lakh left. They decide to pay the remaining salaries to employees as a last effort to salvage morale.

The investor's machinations lead to Gaurav and Mal's arrest. In jail, they are approached with a tempting offer from Arjun's company to sell the business for 30 crore. Mal agrees, but Gaurav refuses, triggering a fallout between the partners, before Vaghela bails them out and they drift apart.

Unemployed and uncertain, Gaurav searches for new work while Mal returns to his previous job. Their paths diverge as they struggle to rebuild their careers and finances. The dream of the startup seems to fade for a moment.

Gaurav's mother provides her Provident Fund and gratuity to restart the business. Anu Aunty arrives to taunt him, predicting another failure. Gaurav and his mother stand up to her, and she is sent away, sparking a resolve to try again.

With renewed effort, Gaurav rebuilds the business and regains momentum. He decides to propose to Devika, telling her she must respond before his next meeting with the investors. Devika's response will determine their personal and professional futures.

Devika accepts Gaurav's proposal the next day, and the investors agree to his terms. The union of personal and business goals marks a new phase of success for both. The renewed confidence fuels their upcoming ventures.

Anu Aunty reveals that Arjun has joined Harvard Business School and will earn in dollars. In London, Arjun's class teacher invites Gaurav and Mal as special guests and asks for a speech, which they deliver while playfully mocking Arjun. The journey from underdog to celebrated voices continues.
