Devon leads the DTO with a magnetic, dangerous charisma and the power of immortality through ritual. He orchestrates blood ceremonies and uses the guise of fraternity brotherhood to wield control. His plans are ultimately toppled by Chris's resistance and Dan's intervention.

Barry is a DTO member who participates in the rituals and supports Devon's leadership. He embodies the faction's loyalty to the cause and the danger of blind allegiance.

Jordan is a fellow DTO member who assists in the plan and participates in the ceremony. He represents the peer pressure and conformity within the fraternity's inner circle.
